Our Commitment to Quality and Fair Service

At MorinScape, we take pride in providing reliable, high-quality landscaping services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure every project meets your expectations.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable once the work has been scheduled and materials have been allocated or purchased.

Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel your service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

Refunds on Completed Work

We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are unsatisfied with the work provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a reasonable solution, which may include a touch-up or service adjustment.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for the following:

Services not performed as agreed upon

Scheduling errors made by MorinScape

Please note that weather conditions, client changes to the project plan, or unforeseen site issues outside of our control are not grounds for refund.
